The fine grain has a very soft, comfortable feel, while the olefin cushions offer the sensation of floating when in use. The cushions have back ties to keep them securely in place. These quick drying cushions are highly resistant to water, staining, fading, and mildew and can be cleaned with soap and water, or unzipped and washed.
As the wood is naturally resistant to water and insects, these characteristics together with the finish to protect against sunlight and temperature changes, allow for the wood to retain its luster for many years.
The wood is finished with a transparent urethane designed for protection while in use outdoors, while allowing the beautiful natural tones of the Granadillo luster to be exposed. These are very sturdy pieces of furniture with the weight of the wood offering stability and the ability to withstand outdoor climates very well, when properly cared for.

Furniture Care
Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight for extended periods or rotate the furniture to equalize light exposure. Keep furniture at least 3–4 feet away from direct heat sources like fireplaces, lamps, or heating
vents. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently dust the furniture. For spills, wipe them up immediately with a clean cloth or paper towels. You can use a non-detergent liquid soap for routine cleaning.
Depending on use and exposure to the outdoors, you can reapply a transparent urethane finish every 2-4 years, or use a fine wood polish for occasional buffing. Covering the furniture when not in use, or when weather is bad, will help preserve the finish. Use a breathable cover to avoid creating mold and storing indoors during harsh winters is also advisable.
